Training Plan
Overview
This training plan provides a systematic and consistent approach to train the trainees at different levels ensuring they are digitally adept with the usage of Salama platform (DIGIT HCM application) and its various modules and functionalities. It has been created to address the need of training the teams on the ground before the go-live of the group 4 campaign in Tete province of Mozambique.
Various trainings leading up to the campaign happen at the following levels:
Master trainer training
Central ToT
Provincial ToT
Local monitor-level training
Registrar-level training

Training Curriculum
The training will cover following topics:
Salama (DIGIT HCM) App and its various functionalities, such as:
- Registration and Distribution
- Inventory management
- Supervision
- How to raise complaints
Dashboard at various levels: Central, Provincial and Districts
Grievance (Complaints management portal)
Introduction to mobile device and its basic usage
Best practices and various program SOPs
Troubleshooting tips
Practice questions, quizzes and assessment questions at the end of every section
Training feedback sessions in the end
Training assets
eGov Foundation will create all the training material in both English and Portuguese. The translations will be verified and corrected by the CHAI team. The training materials will include powerpoint presentations covering all the modules and functionalities as listed above in the curriculum. All the reference material will be provided in a soft format to conserve paper and stay environmentally sustainable.

The pre-go-live campaigns training will be focused on training the trainers and initially identified register. Following are the list of activities along with owners and high-level timelines:

All MISAU/provincial staff costs will be covered by NMCP.

Scope
eGov and CHAI teams will conduct the training for the NMCP, CHAI, MoH and partners. The training will cover following topics:

At the end of the training, it is expected that the participants will be able to conduct training on the HCM platform.
